1981 Datsun 280 ZX
The Nissan S130, also known as the Fairlady Z was a car produced by Nissan from 1978 until 1983. The first Nissan Z-car was the legendary Datsun 240 Z that made its debut in 1970. This was followed by the 260Z in 1974 only and the 280Z from 1975 to 1978.
The 280 ZX was a complete redesign, and retained only the L28 inline-six engine, and some driveline components from the 280Z. The 280 ZX was a softer and heavier car and was more focused on driver comfort and refinement. The car became very popular as a grand tourer, rather than a sports car, especially in the plush Grand Luxury version.
This specific car is a 1981 car with the much preferred 5-speed manual gearbox. Besides for a same colour blow over, the car is mostly original with a beautiful original interior. It has been well maintained and has 108000kms indicated on the odometer.
