1969 MGB GT
The MGB is a two-door British sports car, manufactured from 1962 until 1980. The car was first announced in September 1962, as a replacement for the MGA. Variants included the Roadster, a 2+2 three-door coupe, the six-cylinder MGC as well as the eight-cylinder 2+2 Coupe, the MGB GT V8.
The fixed-roof MGB GT was introduced in 1965. Designed by Pininfarina, the MGB GT launched the sporty “hatchback” style. The car offered the utility of a station wagon while retaining the style and shape of a coupe. In 2019, Road and Track Magazine name the GT one of Pinifarina’s most beautiful designs…that weren’t Ferraris.
This specific car is a 1969 MGB GT. It has been beautifully restored and is finished in red with black interior. The car is “like new”, with absolutely nothing to spend.
This must be one of the best examples available of this famous British sports car. An affordable way to enter the classic car market!
