Austin-Healey was a British sports car manufacturer that produced cars between 1952 and 1972. The company was formed as a joint venture between Austin and the Donald Healey Motor Company, a renowned engineering and design firm.

The Austin Healey 3000 was announced in July 1959 with a 3L BMC engine, to replace the smaller 2,6 engine of the 100-6. The car was also fitted with more effective disc brake in the front.

Austin Healey’s were made until 1972, when the 20-year agreement between Healey and Austin came to an end.

This specific car is a 1959 Austin-Healey 3000 2+2 Roadster. This car is an older restoration that was done to a very good standard. The Austin-Healey 3000 was either a two-seater Roadster or a 2+2, also know as the BT7. The Austin Healy 3000 is the best know of the so-called “Big Healeys”.

This car is finished in beautiful Ice Blue metallic over Old English white with a blue interior. It has period correct Mini Lite wheels and has a black soft top.

A beautiful and sought-after British sports car at a very reasonable asking price.
