1994 Porsche 993 Carrera
The 993 represented the last of the air cooled 911.
The 993 was much improved over, and quite different from its predecessor the 964. According to Porsche, every part of the car was taken back to the drawing board and redesigned. This included the engine and only 20% of its parts were carried over from the 964. Porsche said that the 993 was “a significant advance” over the previous 964 both technically and visually.
This specific car is a 1994 Carrera Coupe with 186 000 kms on from new. Finished in Ocean Blue with grey interior, it is a good example of an honest and unmolested car. According to the records there were four previous owners, and the car has a substantial service history with the Agents and well-known Porsche Specialists.
This is a good example of the very popular Porsche 993, but by no means perfect. At the asking price it represents a tempting opportunity to purchase a good example of one of the best 911’s ever produced!
