1967 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia
The Volkswagen Karmann Ghia, or Type14 as it was internally designated, was produced in either a Coupe or a Cabriolet version. The car combines the chassis and mechanicals of the Beetle with styling by Italy’s Carrozzeria Ghia. The bodywork was hand-built by German coachbuilder Karmann.
This specific car is a 1967 model, the only year they came with disc brakes. The car was restored a few years ago to a very nice standard. It is finished in dark metallic blue with white roof and black interior. There is a full file available on money spent on the restoration. It is mechanically sound and cosmetically very nice.
